This asset contains two new versions of the Standard and StandardSpecular shader with added Color Mask feature. The Color Mask shader is fully integrated with Unity's Precomputed Realtime Global Illumination.
Possible uses: User Edited Content, Team Colored Textures, Architecture/Home Decorating Apps, Procedural Art Media, Terrain Customization, etc...
My goal for the Color Mask Standard Shader was to change the Standard Shader as little as possible to prevent problems updating this asset as new versions of Standard Shader are released.
I used a blending method of Color Mask for maximum efficiency; this asset does not shift the Hue value of the Albedo texture as that kind of operation is more expensive. Instead it works more like a Decal for which you can set the colour and opacity used by each of the Color Mask texture's four color channels.
