A Highly flexible VFX Asset can be used in many scenarios, from Action VFX to Environmental Design. The included effects are 100% perfectly scalable. Unity native GPU-based Visual Effects Graph provides great performance.

How it works:
After drag-and-dropping the VFX Prefab into your Scene, you need to add Renderers to an array inside the Prefab parameters. Only these renderers will contribute to the custom Depth Texture and be used for the VFX. This process may be inconvenient if you have a very large amount of meshes, in which case, it is better to use a custom script to populate the array.
Descriptions of two main VFX styles:
- Heat Wave can be used in many scenarios. The presets can be adjusted to imitate fire, smoke, or a flow of magical energy. The reactive mesh can be invisible, and the effect will still be visible, making it possible to make action-based VFX.
- Holo Scan and Holo Static are more suited for sci-fi hologram-like effects. Static mode for displaying items on a holographic screen, and scan mode for recreation surface of a terrain or cave. There are examples of how to use it in the included DemoScene_UseCases.
