This pack features assets to help you build your mountain dwarven village with surrounding areas. We aren't limiting this pack to just a village. You can use the trees, rocks, terrain textures, foliage, and more to build a stylized fantasy dwarven zone set in the mountain regions of your world, before you get to the icy northern parts of your continent.
This asset pack zone is the last bastion of safety and warmth before the snow and ice take hold of your adventurer.
Listed below is what's included in this pack:

Demo scene included. Pack is not modular in regard to making your own buildings.
All textures are 2k, except the grass, flower, tall flower plant, and bush. You can set the texture sizes to 1k or lower if you choose.
That's really about it! I take a lot of pride in my environments that I create, and work hard to make assets that are both visually appealing in the stylized genre (WoWesque), and usable as well to keep your framerate at a decent level. I've optimized the assets while modeling and texturing but used enough materials to keep the visual quality up as well.
During testing, framerates were steady between 260-280 frames per second with the highest URP settings, max distance on details, and maximum shadows.
As usual, thank you for looking and if you have any questions, please feel free to email me at the email listed on my unity asset store page. If you purchase and like the asset pack, feel free to leave me a review as well! Your support allows me to spend the time needed to create more environments!
-------------------------------------------------------------------
Please note that if you purchase the asset pack, and after saving your scene if the textures on the models go white, go to the materials and set the emissive to black. For some reason Unity sets the emissive to white when you save your scene for the first time after import. Once you manually set the emissive to black on the affected materials, it shouldn't do it again.
