PBR Housewares Pack - 4K

A 4K PBR Exterior edition and addition of the Homewares pack!

Models are extremely low-poly and complete with LOD's. All shared materials in PBR 4K including Albedo, Normal, AO, Metallic, and Roughness textures using PNG format. All housewares share one material, all eavestrough/vents share one material, and all conduit pipe shares one material. There are 4 different skins on the house numbers including Black, Brass, Pewter, and White. Mailboxes open/close with modelled interiors, and have 2 skins - Rusty Black, and Bronze.

Full set of PVC Conduit pipe and Digital Meter Box. Highly detailed with manufacturer stamps, labels, and weathering/dirt. The 'Weatherhood' is used to connect large wires from telephone poles, to the wiring in a house. Use the 3 punched holes. Attach a Conduit Base to the top and bottom lifted squares of the Meter Box to connect it to your piping.

Housewares are accessories included to add to the exterior realism of semi-modern to modern 3D houses. Mailboxes will open/close with modelled interiors, and all vents and house numbers are complete with screws to visually hold them to your house. The Large alluminum Vent is used to exhaust the ventilation from your stove and oven. The Hooded vent is used to exhaust fumes from your clothes dryer, and the Grilled Vent is used under eavestrough, attached to the soffit strips for air exchanging and conditioning.
