You can configure and expand it to fit your needs, you can add privacy policies for the player to accept, you can customize the type of reports you want to allow.
It allows the player to describe the issue or the feedback and to leave their email for you to contact them back.
It comes with an integrated way to attach screenshots from your game directly in the report.
It collects system info and includes them in the report.
It can send reports through multiple senders. Email and HTTP senders are already included, but you can easily add your custom senders.
