Low poly optimized game character. The head and the suit are two separate meshes. As well as the weapons in case you want to have the character hide his current weapons or maybe hold something else. The head is its own material for simple skin editing or modificatiolns.
He comes with a few different idle animations. He also has the top body shooting guns animation which would have to be mixed with a running or a walking motion file.
The cool glowing effect is achieved through the Unity's Post Processing setting using the emission maps.
