You can easily resize effects using standard size values. It's enough to change the size of the main component in the prefab and the width of LineRenderer component. For volume lasers you only need to change transform scale in main component and set the same "Scale" value in laser script.
Promo media (videos, images, etc.) uses post effect "Bloom". I recommend you to download "Post Processing" from Package manager before download!
