Generic Modular Modern Construction Kit

This is a modular construction kit for modern environmenst. It has more than hundred prefabs like glass walls, simple walls, partial walls, balconies, roof, various doors and windows with different styles, radiators, wall sockets (USA, UK, UE), switches, stairs, and so on...

This kit have also various texture styles at 2048x2048 with diffuse, specular, occlusion and nornal for PBR materials (and you can use your own seamless textures).
