A beautiful, well lit, low poly environment of a Laboratory on an Office floor. Inspired by Sci-Fi and Modern/Futuristic architecture, the environment was created with a good attention to details, lights, models and textures. This asset is optimised for Mobile, PC and Console games or other applications. It is also optimised for AR /VR applications and games live Oculus Rift, HTC-Vive, PS-VR, Google Daydream and Samsung Gear VR.

The total polygon count for the assets is 419415. The resolutions of all textures provided are 1024 X 1024. There are 2 types of texture maps that are used in the asset: Diffuse Maps, Normal Maps, Emission Maps and Ambient Occlusion. The asset contains a total of 85 prefabs. The asset was designed to provide users to have a comfortable, simple and interactive gameplay area to either navigate through menus or be used as a command area for a real time strategy (RTS) game. This asset will assist game designers and developers to quickly implement this readymade environment to develop their games in.
