You can change Scene view camera FOV by using this plugin. Just copy this dll file into your Editor's folder.
Unity editor do not let you to change field of view of Editor camera. Default scene view FOV is fine in outdoor environments but in rooms and buildings or in an isometric environment other FOV values may be better.
This plugin is not compatible with Unity 2019.1 and higher. It is compatible with all versions of Unity 2017 and 2018.
