You can easily resize effects using standard size values. The effects are very simple to use, just take and drop prefabs into your game!
Also all effects were created without the help of scripts.

You need to use Support package from Unity 2020.3 for HDRP and URP. You can find it here! Starting from Unity 2022 there is no need in the Support Package.
